Golden Boomers

Baby boomer generation is about to become gold. For the most part, they are active and healthy as they enter the golden age, but they can be difficult to find health care providers and health professionals are able to meet the demand for large quantities that become eligible for Medicare and a growing burden on an already overtaxed health system of care. And while the number of elderly people will continue to rise, the number of geriatricians, those caring for elderly decreased, which can ultimately lead to the health care crisis.
We certainly need at least train health staff in the needs of an aging population, but how that can happen when so many doctors will suffer negative consequences from health care reform?
How do you keep leaving the doctor and how do you attract new doctors, when the people who depend on Medicare system, and thus catering for the elderly are faced with declining Medicare reimbursement? Unfortunately, with the advent of the bill for health news, the future is uncertain when it comes to medical care for the baby boomers gold.
